The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Mahmood Yakubu,, has tendered an apology to Nigerians over the postponed election.
According to Yakubu, the commission is taking full responsibility for the postponement.
Via a statement released a few hours ago, bad weather and other logistics issues, were listed as some of the reasons for the election being postponed.
