“Please Fulfill The Promise You Made To Me.” Make Up Artist Urges Tonto Dikeh

A make up artist who goes by the name, Jammed Usman has called out Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh on social media, over a vow she is yet to fulfill.

Even though Hammed did not specify the promise exactly which Tonto Dikeh failed to bring to pass, he said it was over a year now and still nothing.
