It’s official !Kim kardashian and Kanye West are expecting their fourth child .

Kim confirmed she is expecting a boy child via surrogate .

She appeared on What Happens Live alongside Khloe and Kourtney where she told host , Andy Cohen!M,she and Kanye are expecting their fourth child “sometime soon!” She also said they know that it is a boy!
