The Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, has declared interest for Senate after his tenure.
Gov Rochas said:
“I will be Senator of Orlu zone, after my 8 years
“My son in-law Uche Nwosu will succeed me as governor.
“My deputy,Eze Madumere will be senator of Owerri zone.
“Chike Okafor will go back to House of representatives" -
