The 19-year-old defender led his team to the last-16 stage of the UEFA Youth League campaign last term before they were kicked out by Chelsea FC but is currently contracted with Valencia until June this year
Barcelona are looking forward to signing the young defender as soon as the transfer window opens and they are also interested in signing Leonardo Bonucci and Davinson Sanchez to strengthen their defence.
