Mercy Aigbe’s estranged hubby breaks silence following his release from prison, speaks of prison experience

Lanre Gentry, husband of actress Mercy Aigbe finally leaves Kirikiri prison after seven days. The alleged woman-beater was said to have been abusive towards his wife and mother of his son. Upon exit, the businessman shared a post on social media, confessing his state of mind as well as his advice to Nigerian government.
Gentry was arraigned in court on three count charges. He however, got remanded in prison after his inability to meet his bail conditions of N500,000 and providence of two sureties who must own properties in Lagos.
Luck smiled on the 51-year-old hotelier who regained his freedom and is now willing to spill his side of the story as well as advice the government on their responsibilities. We earlier reported why Mercy stayed with her husband regardless of the emotional and physical abuse she claimed she suffered.

Lanre shared the post on his social media page, promising his followers more on his prison life and how the whole drama started. To kick it off, he shared a post in which he stated the worrisome condition of Kirikiri prison and its inmates.
Mr Gentry also warned the government to pay attention to what is important and stay away from domestic violence issues, which he believe is less concerning to them.
